Constant Contact helps over 650,000 small businesses build customer relationships through email, SMS, and marketing automation. One of the core tools in Constant Contact’s platform is the Contacts Reporting page, where users track the health and performance of their contact lists.

I led the redesign of this page to improve usability, elevate visual hierarchy, and align the experience with our evolving design system. This included introducing a new header overview card, a reusable design pattern that highlights key metrics and interactive graphs for fast, action-oriented insights. Since launch, this pattern has been adopted across other parts of the product due to its clear impact on user engagement and decision-making.

Early results: 1.4% increase in account adoption and a lift in upgrades to higher-tier plans.
